Completing them consistently is the most efficient way to progress, but trying to do everything can feel overwhelming. This guide organizes all daily and weekly activities into priority tiers so players can focus on what matters most, then decide how much extra time to invest.
Players who are short on time report that the most essential daily tasks can be completed in as little as five minutes. For those with more time, additional activities offer valuable rewards that compound over days and weeks.
Priority Tier: Must Do
These activities provide the highest return on time investment and should be completed every day without exception.

Capturing new spirits provides substantial player XP. Always carry Gulu Balls and attempt to catch any species you have not yet collected.

The Traveling Merchant's inventory changes regularly. Check daily for discounted evolution materials.
