Overview
The Alchemy Cauldron (炼金釜) is the crafting hub used to combine gathered materials into balls, potions, and event items. Cauldrons are scattered across the Kaluoxi'a Continent, including near major settlements and on the northwest slope of Yaoyue Peak. Each cauldron pulls from the same player-wide recipe pool, so any station can craft any unlocked recipe.
Alchemy is how free-to-play players sustain their supply of capture balls once event stockpiles run out. The April 16 Magic Renewal patch made every Attribute Ball recipe cheaper by removing the Roco Shell cost from the mix, which turned the Alchemy Station into a daily-visit staple.
Base Inputs
Every recipe pulls from four material buckets. Inputs can be mixed in different combinations to produce different outputs; the same plant material can appear in several recipes.
Catalyst (催化剂): The universal driver. Every recipe consumes one Catalyst.
Element Stones: Water Stone, Fire Stone, Wood Stone, Magic Stone, and similar element-aligned stones gathered from world nodes.
Gardening Yields: Leaves, Flowers, Water Drops, and Wood Blocks grown in the player's Home garden.
Event Drops: Honeycombs, Contract Seals, and other event-limited items feed specific late-game recipes.

Attribute Balls (Photosynthesis, Temperature, Wonderful, Warmonger, Net, Sand Sifting, Insulation, Dark Star, Transformation) follow a shared template: one Normal Gulu Ball plus one crop matching the element pair. See the

Garden Synergy
Alchemy inputs are renewable through the Home System garden. Leaves, Flowers, Water Drops, and Wood Blocks all have seed variants that mature on a timer. Two plot rotations usually keep a household stocked with enough inputs for daily ball crafting plus potion production for combat content.
Locations
Cauldrons appear in every major settlement on the continent. A commonly referenced location is the cauldron on the northwest slope of Yaoyue Peak (岚语峰西侧), which sits near a game machine for season egg rewards. Any cauldron is functionally identical; location only matters when pairing crafting with nearby farming routes.
Tips
The April 16 patch removed Roco Shell costs from Attribute Ball recipes. If older guides mention a Roco Shell component, it is stale.
Catalyst is the rate-limiting input for nearly every craft. Prioritize any daily or weekly reward that grants bulk Catalyst.
Element Stones often drop from ore nodes near the cauldron where you plan to craft. Gathering locally saves inventory and travel time.
Condensed Seals are seasonal. Do not hoard Contract Seals past the season rollover.
