Manaphy is a Mythical Pokemon added to Pokemon Pokopia in the free Version 2.0.0 update on August 5, 2026. It teaches Ditto the move Dive, which opens up underwater exploration and building for every player.

Teaching Dive

Manaphy appears once you meet all of the following requirements:

Complete the request Raise the environment level! in Bleak Beach.
Know Surf.
Be able to jump.

Because Version 2.0.0 is free, Manaphy and Dive reach every player, whether or not they buy the Expansion Pass.

In the Basin Pokedex

Manaphy also appears in the Basin Pokedex, the 50-entry roster added with Bubbly Basin. Its Basin Pokedex specialties are Trade and Hype. Phione, a related Mythical Pokemon with the Trade specialty, sits alongside it in the same Pokedex.
