Chansey is a Normal-type Pokemon known for its healing abilities across the Pokemon series, and it appears in Pokemon Pokopia as a supportive companion. Chansey has the Trade specialty, allowing it to run shops at powered Cash Registers. It is attracted by building the Full Recovery habitat.
Chansey is attracted by building the Full Recovery habitat (Habitat #081). This habitat provides a restful recovery area with medical supplies.

|---|---|---|

First Aid Kit | 1 | Craft at a Workbench |
Bed (any) | 1 | Any bed variant works |
Chansey's ideal habitat type is Bright. Surround the habitat with bright furniture, torches, and colorful decorations to increase its comfort level. The Full Recovery habitat can also attract Peakychu as a secondary spawn (Rare rarity).
While Chansey is well known as a healing Pokemon in the main series, it does not provide passive PP regeneration in Pokopia. Chansey's contribution is through the Trade specialty, which lets it staff shops. PP is restored through other methods such as eating food, resting on furniture, or using the Pokemon Center healing machine.
PP can be restored by eating Leppa Berries, resting at the Pokemon Center, or purchasing PP Up items from the PC Shop (300 Life Coins).
Chansey has the Trade specialty. Pokemon with this specialty can staff shops when placed near a powered Cash Register. Assign Chansey to a habitat near your trading area and it will barter items with you. Other Trade-specialty Pokemon include Slowbro, Hoothoot, Noctowl, Zorua, Snorlax, and Audino.
