Reed is one of the premade Parafolk households in Paralives and one of the eleven households given a developer-written biography. It is a placed household in the town of Melino. The household consists of a single resident: Lian Reed, the town’s fitness trainer.

Resident Premise

Lian Reed is written as a fitness trainer who works at the town gym. As one of the founding-cast households, Reed gives Melino a recognizable local figure tied to physical activity and the gym venue, the sort of resident other Parafolk might cross paths with while building the Fitness Skills and Knowledge.

Playing the Household

Reed loads directly in Live Mode as a single-resident placed household. Lian’s trainer role connects to the Careers system and to the Fitness skill, one of the confirmed Skills and Knowledge tracks. The gym itself is one of the public spots across the Open World and Town, and like any Parafolk Lian manages the standard Needs System and household Paradimes.

Status in the Launch Build

The Reed household is confirmed as part of the premade lineup that shipped with the Early Access launch on May 25, 2026. It is one of the placed households in the pre-made town of Melino, meaning players who load the default save will find the family already living on its lot.
