Clarified weakness-based team choices and follow-up attack positioning
This page covers Mammon combat encounters. For the S-grade Anomaly Furniture piece used to enter Realm of Greed, see Mammon.

Mammon is a Lakshana-weak boss encountered in the Yarn Ball or Fons? commission, its High-Risk version, Realm of Greed and Pink Paws Heist.
The common Yarn Ball or Fons? commission leads to Mammon in the Golden Apple Collection Hall. Completing it provides the Blind Mammon Plushie. Activating that furnishing for Realm of Greed is a separate step that requires the auction item Gluttonous Eye.

The team picks below provide Lakshana damage against the listed weakness. Use an invested damage dealer with supporting skills rather than switching to an unbuilt character solely for the attribute match.

Fill the boss's break meter with consistent attacks and reward-heavy defensive inputs. Successful parries and dodges contribute significantly more to the break bar than a hit, and a clean parry also fills the Esper Cycle Meter instantly. Save ultimates and heaviest skills for the stagger window that follows a full break. Mammon takes greatly increased damage while staggered, so burst output during this phase largely determines whether the encounter clears quickly. Build the team around the Lakshana weakness. Characters aligned with Lakshana will see the largest damage multiplier, and team compositions that can enable elemental reactions on top of that attribute will apply additional pressure to the break bar between stagger windows.
The table below lists the boss's raw resistance value for each of the six elements. A lower number marks the element the boss is most vulnerable to. For Mammon, that element is Lakshana.

The table below preserves the recorded HP, attack and defense values at six encounter difficulty levels. These difficulty tiers are separate from the furnishing levels that set Realm of Greed's weekly Fons limit.
Level | HP | ATK | DEF |
|---|---|---|---|
1 | 175,168 | 902 | 858 |
2 | 383,904 | 1,361 | 918 |
3 | 909,354 | 1,912 | 978 |
4 | 1,727,370 | 2,370 | 1,038 |
5 | 2,853,696 | 2,875 | 1,098 |
6 | 3,993,866 | 3,425 | 1,128 |
Lakshana damage targets Mammon's listed weakness. Hathor and Skia are options for that role, but neither is required to challenge the boss. Keep a working support and damage rotation when choosing the party.

Story progression rewards
The common commission and the auction are sequential parts of the Realm of Greed unlock route. They are separate activities with different names, rather than regional aliases for one quest.
Complete Yarn Ball or Fons? to obtain the Blind Mammon Plushie.
Complete Deal? Deal! to unlock the Auction House, then obtain Gluttonous Eye there.
Interact with the plushie in front of the television in Wiener Apartments and use Gluttonous Eye to activate Realm of Greed. Covetous Coins from the Auction House upgrade the plushie and raise its Fons reward limit.
Realm of Greed is a stamina-free activity with weekly Fons rewards. Repeated fights are allowed, but the payout is limited by the highest score reached within the plushie's current level. Improve the score to reach that level's maximum; repeated attempts do not create a separate unlimited reward pool.
Mammon is among the most mobile launch-roster Story Bosses, closing the gap quickly and rotating between three repeatable attack patterns. Damage uptime depends on parry timing and clean dodges, not on standing still and trading hits.
Quick Attack Strings: Mammon's basic combo runs four to six melee swings in fast succession with minimal recovery, punishing predictable dodge timing. Wait for the red-glint indicator that flashes before the third hit to time a Critical Dodge.
Finisher Slam: Mammon follows a series of swipes with fist slams. When the floor beneath the character begins glowing, move clear of the array. The delayed area attack follows the melee sequence, so keep watching the ground after the punches stop.
Charging Lunge: a forward shoulder rush across roughly half the arena. The wind-up animation telegraphs a red-glint cone in front of Mammon; dodge perpendicular rather than backward because the lunge tracks for the first 0.5 seconds of the rush.
Enrage Phase: below approximately 30% HP, Mammon shortens recovery between attack strings, raises movement speed, and adds an additional swing to each combo. The same parry cues remain valid, but the dodge window narrows; save Ultimate energy for this phase rather than the opening exchange.
Teams that emphasize Lakshana damage scale most efficiently against Mammon thanks to the 16% Lakshana resistance value. Beyond raw element matching, the encounter rewards parry-driven Esper Cycle reactions, so each Lakshana anchor benefits from a partner that can convert parry generation into elemental reaction damage.
Slot | Esper | Role |
|---|---|---|
On-field DPS | S-Class Lakshana main DPS; signature Remora reaction combos fill the break bar fastest. | |
Off-field reaction | S-Class Anima Sub-DPS and healer; off-field attacks and healing support the active damage dealer between stagger windows. | |
Universal slot | Protagonist; rotates between elemental kits and rounds out the cycle when neither A-Class Lakshana option is built. | |
A-Class budget | A-Class Lakshana from the Bureau of Anomaly Control roster; substitutes for Hathor if Hathor is not yet built. |
Save Ultimate energy for the staggered phase that follows a successful break, and avoid casting heavy bursts on the opening Quick Attack String exchange. The first 70% of Mammon's HP can be paced; the last 30% under Enrage benefits most from stored Ultimate energy and any one-shot Cartridge effects.
Realm of Greed awards weekly Fons up to a score-based limit set by Blind Mammon's furnishing level. Wiener Apartments permits upgrades through level 6; Fenglin Villa is required to raise the cap to level 10. A level-10 plushie offers a maximum of 75,000 Fons. The weekly highest-score rule also applies when repeating the fight.
Weekly Fons payout based on the highest score reached
Maximum Fons increases with the plushie's upgrade level
Realm of Greed entry does not consume stamina
Anomaly Commission and High-Risk rewards belong to their respective versions
Pink Paws Heist uses its own run timer and activity reward rules
Two wiki articles share the Mammon name. This page covers the boss encounters and combat mechanics. Mammon covers the S-grade Anomaly Furniture used for Realm of Greed. The common commission awards the plushie; the auction supplies Gluttonous Eye for its activation. The High-Risk commission opens after completing the common case and reaching Hunter Level 24. Mammon also appears as the final boss of Pink Paws Heist.

Start Yarn Ball or Fons? at the Golden Apple Collection Hall in New Herland District. Speak to Date, the blonde man on the first floor, to open the route downstairs. Continue to the lowest floor and use the elevator to reach Mammon in the basement.
After Mammon finishes a series of swipes and fist slams, watch the floor for a glowing array. The delayed area attack follows the melee combo, so move clear even if the punches have stopped. In the Pink Paws Heist version, finish the boss before the run timer expires to secure the Fons earned during the heist.
