The Eibon Antique Shop is a small antique shop located in the Bridge Crossing district of Hethereau. On the surface, it appears to be an ordinary business dealing in antiques and curiosities. In reality, Eibon doubles as an anomaly hunter crew that takes on commissions from the public to investigate and resolve supernatural disturbances. The shop's dual nature makes it the central hub for the player's activities throughout Neverness to Everness.
Eibon is led by Nanally Coluccus, the head of the Coluccis family, the most well-known family in the Bridge District. Nanally holds the title of Ichi-daime (first generation head) and oversees both the antique shop's legitimate business and its anomaly hunting operations. The shop takes on Anomaly commissions from the public to stay financially afloat, using the antique business as a cover for its more dangerous work.

The Eibon Antique Shop has a small but capable team of members, each filling a distinct role within the crew:
Member | Role | Description |
|---|---|---|
Leader | Head of the Coluccis family (Ichi-daime). Leads the Eibon crew and oversees all anomaly operations. | |
Proprietress | Manages the day-to-day operations of the antique shop. The public-facing owner of the business. | |
Rule Enforcer | Enforces the shop's three rules. Maintains order and discipline within the crew. | |
Butler | Serves as the crew's butler, handling logistics and support for the team. | |
Bodyguard | Provides protection for the crew and the shop. A combat specialist. | |
Member | A member of the Eibon crew. | |
Zero (Player) | The player character. Recruited to investigate, analyze, and resolve supernatural disturbances. |
Sakiri enforces three rules that all members of the Eibon Antique Shop must follow:
Do not feed Kiroumaru random things.
Do not look down on people.
Do not open the third shelf in the fridge.
These rules hint at the eccentric nature of the shop and its inhabitants. Kiroumaru is apparently an entity (possibly an anomaly-related creature) associated with the shop, and the third shelf in the fridge presumably contains something dangerous or anomalous.
The player character, known as Zero, is recruited into Eibon as an Appraiser. In this role, the player is responsible for investigating supernatural disturbances reported by the public, analyzing the nature of each anomaly, and resolving the situation. Main quests are structured as "case files" that the player works through on behalf of Eibon, while side activities and daily life in Hethereau provide downtime between investigations.
The Eibon Antique Shop is a recurring location throughout the story. Players return to the shop between missions to interact with crew members, advance relationship storylines through the affinity system, and prepare for the next case.
