Step-by-step walkthrough of The Great Tree Town main quest including the palace puzzle rooms, all Lumen teams, the Dualine boss, and the Mirasilva Squadron.
The Great Tree Town is a main quest in LumenTale: Memories of Trey set in Mirasilva, the first city of the southern Mythos route. It is a long, multi-floor dungeon crawl through Baza's Palace, packed with puzzle rooms and optional Lumen battles, and it ends with the Dualine boss fight and the Mirasilva Squadron match. Along the way you unlock Grass infusion for the Holoken.
Explore Mirasilva.
Go to the Lumen Club.
Sign up for the Match.
Go to Baza's Palace.
Save Nada (first puzzle room).
Clear the first through fourth puzzle rooms and the two side puzzle rooms.
Return to the central staircase.
Head to the fourth floor.
Register for the Match and challenge the Mirasilva Squadron.
Prepare for the next destination.
Walk up the stairs near the town entrance to see more of Mirasilva, and eventually you bump into Nada near the top talking to Arbor. Visit the Cave of Miracles on the western side of town via the cable car, found above another flight of stairs and by taking a left at the top. After the High Priest performs the miracle, investigate the altar to the Sacred Tree to unlock the ability to infuse your Holoken with Grass power.
Head to the Lumen Club near the entrance of Mirasilva to rest for the night. This also automatically heals the Animon in your current party.
Go to the receptionist to sign up for the Match. Be prepared, because a Lumen stops you and challenges you to a battle.

Climb the stairs next to the Lumen Club until you reach the highest point in town to reach Baza's Palace and find answers.
Your first objective inside is to look for Nada. The stairs upward are blocked, so enter the pathway at the back of the current room to find the mechanism that removes the barrier.
Several sliding doors are in front of you. The door on the right of the center door leads to a room with a large chasm and a button on the far side.
Enter the door furthest to the left and pull the lever inside. This raises a platform in the center room to help you cross the gap.
Other Lumen hide in the same room: one in the center sliding door and another in the door second furthest to the right.
Return to the center room and use a Grass Animon in your Holoken to cross the gap. Press the button, then return to the central staircase to open another room.

The second puzzle room is a straight hallway toward a room with a single button in the center. The hallway is blocked by two barricades, which are deactivated by levers inside the two side rooms.
The first side room has three hidden buttons that raise a platform at the bottom left, making the barrier-lowering button in the hallway reachable.
The first button is hidden behind a wall, accessible by interacting with the gold statue next to it. Use your Holoken infused with a Grass Animon to open the lanterns and press the buttons.
In the segmented section there are three sliding doors. The other two buttons hide in the left and right doors, while the center door hides a Lumen that attacks you.

Return to the main hallway and go further in until you reach the next barrier. Go to the room on the right to find a hot spring area. Talk to the old man in the center to lower the last barrier in the hallway.
To reach the old man, use your Grass infused Holoken to jump across the elevated platforms.
The old man will not interact until you drain the hot springs. Navigate to the north-eastern corner and smash the machine that makes the hot water flow to drain the spring.
Once the water is drained, return to the old man and he challenges you to a battle. Beating him lowers the last platform in the hallway.

After returning to the hallway room, press the button in the center at the end of the hallway and head back to the central staircase. You can now climb to the second floor. On the second floor, the stairway to the third floor is blocked by another barrier. Enter the one available hallway and find the switch inside to lower it.
This room presents a series of flipping doors with green and red symbols. The goal is to flip them all to green by hitting the drums in front of them with your Holoken at the correct angle.
After completing the three sets of door puzzles, you find and rescue Nada. After she leaves for the Lumen Club, press the button at the end of the room to lower the barrier on the grand staircase.
On the third floor, the staircase is blocked again. Enter the only available hallway to find the switch to lower it.
There are around four buttons scattered across this room that flip the central floors to be walkable. Find each one to reach the center.
The first button is at your immediate right at the end of the hallway.
The second button is up ahead in a room with four flipping floors. Getting close flips the center one and an enemy Lumen challenges you. After beating them, the button is on the right where you fought.
Further ahead, the road is blocked with spikes. Take the path up ahead, where several fake floors block the lever that removes the spikes. Use your Grass infused Holoken to traverse the fake floors and pull the lever to clear the way.
Up ahead is a room with four sliding doors and four rotating mechanisms in the center. Throw your Holoken at the second-to-left rotating machine to reveal the hidden button behind its sliding door. The other doors hide enemy Lumen.
The final button is further down the hallway. Along the way you can flip a lever that opens a shortcut to the start of the room. At the end, the final button is guarded by Rezza. Beat him to press the final button and gain access to the fourth floor.

Head back to the grand staircase and climb to the final floor. You are stopped by Mango, who challenges you to a battle. Defeat her and proceed to the final floor of the palace.

Find Baza at the end of the final room. His Dualine appears to challenge you to a fight. At this point you may also be presented with dialogue choices toward Baza. For how those play out, see Should You Confront Baza?.
Dualine has two phases. It starts in a weaker form that is generally easy to beat. After you beat it the first time, it transforms into a much stronger second form.

After dealing with Baza and Dualine, you are sent back to the Lumen Club to rest. Register for the Match by talking to the receptionist, then head to the arena to fight the Mirasilva Squadron. Reach the arena by taking the cable car opposite the one you took to reach western Mirasilva. At the arena you fight three members of the Squadron, then finally their leader Mango.
