Yisugen is a region of Thorngar revealed for Lords of the Fallen II. It is a biome partly inspired by Asian mythology, setting it apart from the gothic tone of much of the game.
A Twisted Land
Yisugen is marked by grand pagoda towers that have been twisted and corrupted by demonic forces. Among its inhabitants are figures described as horned courtesans, giving the region an unsettling character of its own. Official material introduces it as a sprawling new region where twisted horrors and deadly warriors lurk beneath storm-dark skies. Some coverage rendered the name as Ysiguen, but the developer's own site and store announcements consistently spell it Yisugen.
Guardian of the Region
Yisugen is defended by Lingao, the Scouring Storm, a colossal dragon that commands wind and lightning. Its battle is the series' first dragon boss fight. Reaching and surviving Yisugen is one of the journey's marquee challenges.
Yisugen was revealed in June 2026 alongside the katana weapon class, as part of the reveal that confirmed the game's platform line-up. It is one of the regions that make up the four major biomes of Thorngar.
