77 The Evernight Goddess is one of the major deities of the world. The source material identifies her as one of the gods who awoke at the end of the Second Epoch and helped humanity survive the Cataclysm during the Third Epoch alongside the Eternal Blazing Sun, the Lord of Storms, the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, the God of Combat, and the Earth Mother. The Church was officially founded after the Cataclysm in the Third Epoch.

Joining the Nighthawks gives the player Church-aligned reputation and access to the Church's brewing-chamber resources, archive, and ritual support. The Church's Saint Selena Cathedral is a major Backlund-arc venue and a hub for Sequence advancement ceremonies above Sequence 6 for affiliated Pathways.
