Added the Bard's Strategy Server skill Hymn of Courage with its tier effects, plus the Y1S1.2 Blazing Sun Slash fix and PvP cooldown reset

Refresh against the official Bard guide revised 2026-08-27: four builds including the explicit PVE辅助 and PVP辅助 support builds, the new skill 圣焰焚净, per-build sealed artifacts (公证书, 黄昏面具, 丧钟, 荣耀之证, 深红月冕, 大地的恩赐), and the 3v3/6v6/12v12/GvG bracket table. Replaces the claim that one artifact set served all builds, and flags 神圣盔甲 as recorded from an earlier source.

Rewrote for the live build: replaced Crimson Test framing with launch status, added the official role sentence, the Judgement and Hymn talents, the eight named skills, PvE and PvP build tables, the shared sealed-artifact loadout, and the purification and death-immunity feature tags.
