Its name literally means 'the lakeside where dreams speak,' and it serves as the physical seat of Zhuangzi's teachings and the focal point of the Mystic Way school (魔道学院).

Zhuangzi is described in canonical lore as a sage who rides a great fish and cannot cleanly distinguish his own dreams from waking reality. His ability renders dreams physically manifest.
