Background

Brian Heder
Brian Heder acts as a mentor to Jason. He's an old man in a profession where men die young, with years of experience running drugs in Leonida. Brian oversees a network of criminals while keeping his own hands relatively clean, using people like Jason to handle the dangerous work.
Relationship with Lucia
Jason partners up with Lucia Caminos after she gets out of prison. Together they run criminal operations in Leonida, with their relationship becoming central to the game's story.
Role in Story
