Rockstar Games has not published an official voice cast for Grand Theft Auto VI. The studio is known for requiring cast members to sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements that often prevent them from publicly discussing their involvement until the game ships. As of 2026-05-27, no individual voice actor has been officially confirmed by Rockstar Games for any role in the game.
What Rockstar Has Stated
Rockstar has named the two playable protagonists, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, in its official character bios on the Grand Theft Auto VI landing page and Newswire posts accompanying Trailer 2. Rockstar has also published bios for the confirmed supporting cast: Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre’Quan Priest, Brian Heder, Raul Bautista, Bae-Luxe, and Roxy. These bios describe each character’s role in the story but do not identify the actor portraying the role.
The studio has historically published full credit lists after a game ships rather than during pre-release marketing. Based on this pattern, the complete voice and motion-capture cast is expected to remain unidentified by Rockstar until at or shortly before the November 19, 2026 launch.
Performance Capture
Rockstar uses full performance capture for principal characters, recording voice, facial performance, and body movement together on a motion-capture stage. The studio has used this approach on its prior open-world releases. The detailed facial animation visible in Trailer 2 is consistent with that production process, though Rockstar has not published a technical breakdown for Grand Theft Auto VI specifically.
