11Patch 1.0.3 is a post-launch update for Gothic 1 Remake released on July 2, 2026, the third numbered patch and the first update to add an in-game changelog screen so the notes can be read without leaving the game. It follows Patch 1.0.2 (June 19) and its June 22 hotfix. After it installs, the build version shown in the bottom-right corner of the Settings screen reads CL170287, which confirms the update applied.
