Diego is a veteran Old Camp scout and the first friendly NPC the Nameless Hero meets after being thrown through the Barrier. Alkimia Interactive has released a dedicated in-game character render for Diego as part of the remake's pre-release communication, and he also appears in the Nyras Prologue demo.

+Where to find Diego
+
+Early in the story, Diego stays near the Old Camp castle entrance, sometimes sitting by the edge or standing beside a hut to the left. During and after The Focus Stones, look for him at the Fogtower northeast of the camps.

+Admission and focus-stone quests
+
+After Thorus directs you to him, Diego starts Casting Shadows and explains how to gather support from camp members. Once you have enough support, his Test of Faith sends you to Ian at the Old Mine for the List of Requirements. You can show that list to Lares before returning it to Diego.
+
+For Old Camp members, reporting to Raven after The Brotherhood's Plan leads to another meeting with Diego at the marketplace. He directs you to Saturas for The Water Mages' Plan and gives you a map to the Fogtower. During the focus-stone search, Diego accompanies you into the crypt below the stone circle.
