He joins Cai for the Heroic Games as part of Ribeira Winds and is available from the first chapter of the Fox route. He is a natural shot with a bow, and gentle enough that it holds him back.

When Cai enters the Games, Peter goes with him, joining the clan in the opening chapter alongside Tialla. He is one of the few characters whose age is published, at fifteen, the same rough age as Mu on Leda's side; the two of them share a scene in which Peter recruits her to help carry a stranger's luggage and entirely fails to notice she is not the boy she is dressed as.
