The roster listings tie her to the Order of Mithras, one of the factions revealed so far, and she has not been shown as a playable unit.

Her one fully published scene takes place underneath the arena, where Cai and his friends are trying to reach his imprisoned father. The guard on the door refuses them, and Iliana waves him off: "Let these children pass." He protests that rules are rules. She repeats herself, and he gives way.
