Leah is a story-side Vision in Final Fantasy Resonance. Her official bio describes a white mage who once fought to protect her allies in a war that took place in another world. She specializes in support, learning a variety of recovery and defensive spells as well as magic that cures status ailments.
Leah is the dedicated healer among the named Visions. Her bio commits her to three jobs: restoring the party, raising its defenses, and clearing status ailments. In preview builds she cast Cure and Shell. Fighting with her Vision equipped deepens affinity, which unlocks further abilities and skills for the wearer.
Support work earns its keep in this game's dungeon design. The developers describe dungeon crawling as resource management, deciding how to spend MP and where to recover across a whole dungeon rather than fight to fight, so recovery and status cures see steady use; the wider battle design is covered at Combat.
Abilities learned from her stay equippable while another Vision is active, within the cost limit described at Abilities and Mastery.
Each Vision powers a unique Resonance attack, unleashed at the end of the bonus phase after a sweeping stagger; the loop that gets you there is covered at Stagger System. Hers is Healing Wind, named in Japanese preview coverage; Square Enix has not yet published an official English term for it.
Official materials note that Resonances include buffs and support effects alongside damage, and Healing Wind is the clearest supportive example named so far. Resonances carry no resource cost once their conditions are met, so a healing Resonance arrives free at the moment the party has seized control of a fight.
Story-side Visions come from completing events involving characters met through the story, from side quests, and from deepening bonds. Leah's specific unlock conditions have not been detailed. Like every Vision, she is earnable in-game with no DLC.
The same another-world war framing appears in the bio of Tronn, a black mage among the story-side Visions. The full roster of named Visions is at List of Visions.
