Ayaka is one of the Visions drawn from Final Fantasy Resonance's own cast rather than from an earlier entry in the series. Square Enix published her profile in official press material dated August 24, 2026.
Profile
Square Enix introduces her as a talented frontier-born white mage chosen by Sakura, a sage of Mysidia, to be her pupil. That makes her one of two Visions in the batch tied to Sakura; the other is the black mage Victoria. Nothing further about her background, or about the frontier she comes from, has been published.
Combat Profile
Ayaka is a dedicated healer. Her published kit restores allies' HP and dispels status ailments, the same two jobs held by Leah, the white mage among the story-side Visions, without the defensive spells Leah's bio also names. Between the two, the announced roster now carries two dedicated healers rather than one.
Recovery earns its keep in this game's dungeon design. The developers describe dungeon crawling as resource management, deciding how to spend MP and where to recover across a whole dungeon rather than fight by fight, so cures and status clears see steady use. The wider battle design is covered at Combat.
