Charlotte is a knight of the Kingdom of Grandshelt in Final Fantasy Resonance, introduced through the game's official fact sheet. She serves in the kingdom's forces alongside the two leads and doubles as one of the equippable Visions in the battle system.
In the Story
Officially, Charlotte is a knight of Grandshelt currently in active service and a peer of Rain and Lasswell, and she appears early in the story. The fact sheet stops there. As of September 12, 2026 official material has not detailed her story role beyond those basics, and she is the only announced character without a voice cast: the official site now carries full biographies for nine characters, and she is not among them.
As a Vision
Charlotte is also one of the story-side Visions. In this game, completing events involving characters met through the story can grant their Vision, a crystallized essence that a party member equips to borrow stats and skills. Equipped as a Vision, Charlotte is a resilient Defender, the role word official material applies to her, who fights primarily with ice- and water-element attacks and brings the durability to endure long fights.
The fact sheet introduced two other story-side Visions alongside her, the white mage Leah and the black mage Tronn, both described as having fought in a war that took place in another world. Charlotte stands apart from them as a serving knight of the present day. Later releases widened that group considerably: she is now one of nine named story-side Visions, joined by the weaponsmith Aileen and, on August 24, 2026, by Amelia, Camille, Wilhelm, Victoria and Ayaka. Ten story-side Visions exist in total, and as of September 12, 2026 the tenth is still unrevealed. The announced roster, legacy Final Fantasy heroes included, is collected at List of Visions.
