Wyzeman

Wyzeman is one of the four selectable NPC companions in Echoes of Aincrad. He has been a party member since the beta test period of the in-universe game and is characterised as a lore enthusiast who is fully invested in seeing the death game cleared.

Loadout

Wyzeman fights with a heavy blunt weapon (listed as a mace in Bandai Namco's official roster). In-combat he fills the tank role, using heavy blunt attacks to control enemy engagements rather than burst-damaging the way the other companions do.

Style

Because Wyzeman is slower and harder-hitting, he pairs well with players who want the enemy's attention drawn off of them while they look for openings. His crowd-control focus makes him the most useful companion for group fights rather than for boss duels.
