Map and guards
Search the skeleton and the buried cart to obtain the Scholar's Map and keys. Follow the new marker to the ruins and enter to meet the Uriashi guards.
Say that you only want to look around, then apologize for sneaking up on them. This permits peaceful exploration. Introducing yourself as Coen or threatening that they would already be dead provokes combat, as does accepting the fight outright.
The sturdy door
Use the recovered key at the Sturdy Door and search the chest beyond. It contains Ring of Quick Strikes, Ancient Hero's Talisman and Blasphemous Echo Manual. The treasure can be reached after either persuading or defeating the guards.
