Stronger Than Achilles is the final quest in Anca's chain. It follows Where Old Devils Lie inside the Ancient Ruins and ends at the Font of Life, where Coen chooses between a daytime regeneration perk, legendary leg armor and Anca's personal outcome.

The quest starts immediately after the preceding ruins section. Coen can continue at once or leave and return during the day. Before leaving Anca behind, defeat both the enemies on the main route and the group in the side room off the first chamber. Enemies left there can kill her while she waits and end the chain.
Blood trial and Fallen Hero
Follow Anca deeper into the ruins, defeat the undead and inspect the stone idol in the circular chamber. The first trial requires bloodletting. Coen can finish it himself, begin and pull his hand away so Anca completes it, or ask Anca to do it from the outset. The person completing it takes damage; the sacrifice does not require either character to die.
After the passage opens, defeat the Fallen Hero and use the doorway behind it. In the following chamber, take the right-hand route across the broken floor. Work around to the blocked door and open it from the other side. This creates the route Anca needs to catch up. Continue together through the next stone door.
Rune trial
Inspect the central inscribed tablet in the next chamber and use Astral Communion to activate the runes. Defeat the Guardians of the Font that appear, then follow the newly opened passage. If the contextual activation prompt fails to appear, try selecting Astral Communion directly from the ability wheel while standing near the tablet. Reloading a preceding save is a fallback if the sequence still does not advance.
Choosing the Font of Life outcome
Use Focus Mode to inspect the final chamber before approaching the Font. The three outcomes are mutually exclusive rewards from the same decision.

A Witchcraft Build can use either Coen's regeneration perk or the Ancient Greaves route. It should not plan to receive both from one playthrough of this choice. Giving Anca the Font is not a requirement for finishing the quest, and romance is not required for completion.
Finishing the chain
After deciding, speak to Anca and say Coen is ready to leave. Return to the Crossroads Inn and talk to her again to finish Stronger Than Achilles. The conversation can also complete her optional romance route if its earlier requirements were met.
