Forge It Anew restores Saint Mihai's broken sword, then tempers it into the Imbued Sword of St. Mihai. Three shard searches and the cathedral boss can be tackled in either order.

Hostile Takeover | Climb toward the cave in northern Rockfalls. Defeat Munch-Munch, whose attacks can inflict poison, and take the shard from his nest. |
Executive Order | Investigate the deserted camp and empty cave southeast of St. Tyna's Grove. The corpse points to the Knyaz camp southwest; search its main tent after defeating the guards. |
Restore the sword | Bring the broken blade and recovered shards to the Uriashi blacksmith. The reforged weapon is the Restored Sword of St. Mihai. |
Find the ritual site | Follow the blacksmith's lead northwest, cut through the vines and fight through the cave to the glowing altar. |
Temper the blade | Interact with the altar to begin the supernatural gauntlet. After defeating it, interact again to finish the imbuing. |
The restored and imbued swords are different stages of the same weapon. Collecting the shards does not complete the ritual, and receiving the restored blade is not the final hand-in.
