Cost | 60 Stamina |
Input | X + Square while running |
How to Unlock | Abyss Artifact x1 + Observe in action |
Prerequisites | 1 Abyss Artifact or Watch and Learn |
Press X + Square while running to wrap your legs around an enemy and throw them. The momentum from sprinting adds force to the throw, sending enemies a significant distance.
Spinning Scissors Throw requires a running start, so it works best as an engagement opener or when chasing fleeing enemies. The throw creates strong positioning advantages by separating a single target from a group. At 60 Stamina, it is expensive, so save it for high-value targets.

Spinning Scissors Throw requires momentum. Damiane must already be sprinting for the X + Square input to trigger the scissor throw; pressing the same buttons from a standstill performs a regular grab instead. The running prerequisite makes this skill ideal as a pursuit tool against fleeing enemies or as a committed engagement when Damiane is crossing open space toward a backline caster.
The throw launches the target a long horizontal distance, which can be aimed toward other enemies for a knockdown hit or toward environmental hazards such as cliffs or spike pits. Line up the angle before committing because the 60 Stamina cost is one of the highest in her grappling tree.
