Overview

Sighting of the White Lion is a rare creature sighting item in Crimson Desert. These items contain information about rare and legendary creature encounters, which can be purchased from NPCs to unlock related knowledge or tracking quests. Its roar shook the mountains. The ground trembled. Even from a distance, my legs were shaking too hard to move.

Mount Connection (Patch 1.06.00)

Reading this sighting marks the White Lion location on the map. As of Patch 1.06.00, that location is also the access point for a permanent Lion mount. After defeating the legendary white lion at the marked site near Vernia, a regular pride of lions begins to spawn at the same location after a few in-game days have passed. The alpha of that regular pride is tameable through the Special Mounts trust loop and can be registered as a permanent rideable mount.

Players who buy this sighting primarily for the legendary hunt should plan to revisit the site after the legendary kill, bring meat and a low-attack tool such as a Bamboo Spear, and run the tame on the regular pack.
