The Mallet is a utility tool in Crimson Desert used for driving or pounding nails. One side of the head is flat for striking, and the other side is split for pulling nails. It is essential for repair work and maintenance tasks around homesteads and settlements.

The Mallet can be purchased from Provisioner vendors in towns across Pywel. Check the Provisioner's Shop in Hernand or later settlements.
The Mallet is used for construction and repair tasks. Equip it through the Equipment Wheel (hold D-Pad Left / F3 on PC) and interact with objects that require hammering or repair. It pairs with the game's maintenance and building systems, supporting life skill activities related to crafting and camp upkeep.
The Mallet can be refined at any Smithy in Pywel, with 10 refinement levels available. Refinement improves the tool's effectiveness. Materials and copper coins are required for each level.
The Mallet's Attack value of 6 makes it one of the weaker tools for improvised combat, on par with the Hoe and Shovel. It is not a viable weapon for any serious encounter.
