Hernandian Stirrups can be refined at any blacksmith to boost their stats. Refinement costs no silver; you need only raw materials like Iron Ore, Copper Ore, Thin Hide, and Thick Hide. At refinement level 5 and above, Abyss Artifacts are additionally required.
These stirrups are one of the earliest Rare-tier options available in the game, accessible shortly after arriving in Hernand. Completing the fishing quest from the Hernand notice board and then visiting the saddler vendor northwest of Hernand unlocks them for purchase.
The +600 Health per tick regeneration is three times higher than Crude Stirrups, making Hernandian Stirrups a substantial early upgrade that keeps your mount alive during extended mounted combat encounters.
