Giant Swing

Add infinite spinning technique section: hold button after Pumpkick/Drop Kick to spin indefinitely
Giant Swing is a Grappling sub-skill in the Stamina Skill Tree, available to Kliff and Oongka. While performing a Pump Kick or Dropkick, you grab your enemy by the legs, swing them around with a spinning throw, and hurl them away with great force. The move covers a wide area and can scatter groups of foes.
Note that Damiane's Grappling Level 3 skill is Screwdriver instead of Giant Swing. The two skills fill the same progression slot but have different animations and applications.

Advance the Grappling skill to Level 3 to unlock Giant Swing. This requires prior investment in Level 1 (Throw, Restrain) and Level 2 (Lariat). Each level costs 1 Abyss Artifact.
To perform Giant Swing, first initiate a Pump Kick or Dropkick. During the kick animation, press Triangle + Circle to grab smaller enemies by the legs. Your character then swings the grabbed enemy in a wide arc (consuming 20 Stamina per second during the spin) before hurling them away. The thrown enemy deals collision damage to anything it hits.
Giant Swing has a hidden mechanic that transforms it from a single attack into a sustained area-of-effect move capable of clearing entire enemy camps. After initiating a grapple with Pumpkick or Drop Kick, instead of tapping the execution button to perform a standard Giant Swing, hold the button down. While holding the button, move the camera with the right stick (or mouse on PC) and your character will continue spinning indefinitely, plowing through any enemies in your path.
The spin continues for as long as you hold the button and have stamina remaining. Your character follows the camera direction, so steering through groups of enemies is straightforward. To extend the duration even further, consume stamina-restoring drinks beforehand. With enough stamina replenishment, you can keep the spin going long enough to sweep through an entire camp from one side to the other.
Requirements: This technique requires level 3 of the Grappling skill in the skill tree. Without that upgrade, Giant Swing executes as a normal single-use throw. Make sure Grappling is leveled up before attempting this.
Activate Giant Swing during a Pump Kick or Dropkick to transition seamlessly into the spinning throw. The kick must connect first for the grab to trigger.
The throw sends enemies flying a considerable distance, useful for clearing space in tight encounters and breaking up clustered groups.
The spinning animation hits enemies in a wide arc around you. Anything caught in the spin radius takes damage even before the throw itself.
Giant Swing pairs naturally with Back Hang and Lariat for grappling-focused builds. Lariat to slam, Giant Swing to scatter, and Back Hang to chase down retreating foes.
The 20 Stamina per second drain only applies during the spin itself. Release quickly for a fast toss, or hold for extra spin damage at the cost of more Stamina.
Giant Swing only works on smaller enemies. Large monsters and bosses cannot be grabbed and spun. Use Lariat or Winch against larger targets instead.
