Overview

The Finely Crafted Gold Necklace is a Necklace accessory in Crimson Desert. It provides +1 Attack and Critical Rate Lv.1, making it the only known necklace with a critical hit bonus. For early-game players, the Critical Rate Lv.1 buff is a meaningful offensive boost that stacks with weapon-based critical bonuses.

Players can equip one necklace at a time. The Finely Crafted Gold Necklace competes directly with the Tarnished Necklace (+1 Attack, no secondary effect) and the Saint's Necklace (+5 Defense, Vitality active). While its Attack bonus matches the Tarnished Necklace, the added Critical Rate makes it strictly superior for offensive builds.

Stats

The Critical Rate Lv.1 bonus is unique among necklaces. When combined with critical-rate boosting weapons and the Pailunese Signet ring (which also grants Critical Rate Lv.1), players can build a meaningful critical hit chance early in the game.

How to Obtain

The Finely Crafted Gold Necklace is the reward for solving the strongbox puzzle in the southern building of Bluemont Manor, located southeast of Hernand Town. The southern building contains a piston/cylinder strongbox. Players need to adjust the cylinders from left to right to specific heights to unlock it.

Bluemont Manor sits on the southwest side of Hernand. The southern building contains the resistance pin puzzle strongbox. To solve it, players must align the cylinders to the correct heights to form the matching pattern. Start by raising every cylinder as high as it can go, then lower each one to the correct position.

Access to the manor requires entering through a backyard window on the upper floor. A Mask that allows criminal behavior must be equipped to collect the necklace after solving the puzzle.
