Efficiency II is created through Synthesis at any witch. Synthesis combines two copies of the previous tier into one higher-level version.
Crafting requires Efficiency I x2 and costs 813 Silver. You must already own the Gear Blueprint: Efficiency before the synthesis option becomes available.
The Efficiency series follows the standard Abyss Gear synthesis progression. Each tier is crafted by combining two copies of the previous tier at a witch.

Socket Efficiency into equipment you wear while visiting crafting stations. The material savings apply to all crafting recipes.
At Tier III, the 9% chance to save a crafting material can add up substantially during extended crafting sessions.
Efficiency can be freely extracted from equipment and moved to a different piece at any witch at no cost.
Always extract Abyss Gears from equipment before selling or dismantling it. Socketed gears are permanently lost if you forget to extract them first.
