Cheese is a cooking ingredient in Crimson Desert known for its wide range of textures depending on aging. It pairs well with bread and meat in various recipes and is one of the stronger healing ingredients, contributing Health +40 to dishes. Unlike most cooking staples that are purchased from grocer's shops, Cheese is found at taverns.

Cheese is purchased from taverns in towns across Pywel. Taverns can be found in settlements like Hernand and other major population centers. Unlike grocers that stock staples such as Salt and Sugar, Cheese is exclusively a tavern item.

• Vendor inventory restocks every few in-game days.

Uses

Cheese provides a Health +40 bonus when used as a cooking ingredient, making it one of the best healing ingredients available. For comparison, Egg and Milk each provide only Health +30.
