Bilwise is a Shai encountered in the Meandering Hills. She has an eccentric personality and an innocent nature, often rambling about herself at length. Despite this quirky habit, Bilwise is a helpful NPC who provides the player with an inventory expansion, increasing available inventory slots.
Bilwise can be found in the Meandering Hills, at the clifftop ruins area where the Reunion quest concludes.
Bilwise plays a key role in the Reunion main quest during Chapter 2. After Kliff follows Jiji to the cliffside ruins in the Meandering Hills, learns the Nature's Grasp and Focus skills, and solves the Abyss Cresset dial puzzle, Bilwise is waiting at the clifftop. Speaking with her completes the quest.
Completing the Reunion quest and speaking with Bilwise grants the player two rewards:
Palmar Pill: A recovery item.
Standard Inventory Expansion Tool: Adds 3 additional inventory slots, increasing Kliff's carrying capacity.
