Beighen Tribe is a Core faction based in Pailune. A tribe at the southeastern edge of Pailune. They live near the border with Demeniss, but the Kingshield Mountains make direct contact with the outside world difficult. Thanks to that isolation, their culture and traditions of serving ancestral spirits remain deep-rooted, and even now they pour great care into preparing ritual foods.

The Beighen Tribe sits at the southeastern edge of Pailune, right along the border with Demeniss. The Kingshield Mountains make direct contact with the outside world difficult, and as a result their culture and traditions of serving ancestral spirits remain deep-rooted. The tribe still puts significant care into preparing ritual foods used in ancestor ceremonies, a detail that sets them apart from their more militarized northern neighbours.
Despite their insular culture, the Beighen Tribe is linked to the wider Pailune resistance through the separate Blue Fangs faction, which the lore describes as the Beighen Militia resisting the Black Bears and the Lonely Jackals. Players can expect to see Beighen militiamen appearing alongside other Pailune defenders in field content.

Like every faction in Crimson Desert, this group sits inside the game's five-tier reputation system: War, Hostile, Neutral, Friendly, and Alliance. Most factions begin at Neutral when first encountered, and reputation shifts as the player completes faction quests, contracts, and related world content. Reaching Alliance unlocks three compounding benefits: allied troops that assist in combat inside the faction's territory, exclusive vendors carrying items not sold anywhere else, and restricted resource nodes such as mining deposits, ingredient patches, and hidden dungeons.
