Progression Paths
Corsair Cove has four parallel progression paths. Each is a distinct expression of the pirate fantasy, and each unlocks its own missions, buildings, and ships.
The Four Paths
Notoriety. Building fearsome reputation through raids and violence.
Empire. Growing the haven into a serious political power.
Seafaring. Mastering the sea, exploring uncharted waters, and running long voyages.
Wealth. Running the pirate economy as a business rather than a raid operation.
Playstyle Implications
Because the paths unlock different buildings and ships, they give the haven a distinct personality over time. A Wealth-focused settlement looks different from a Notoriety-focused one on the map, not just in the stat sheet.
