Lykaia, full name Lykaia Reign, is a character in Ananta. The official Ananta EN accounts on X and Facebook presented her profile on December 11, 2024, introducing her as the Prime Minister of Nova City. Her profile is paired with the in-character line "Are today's matters all settled?", which sets her tone as a ranking official who expects results.
The official profile describes Lykaia as mature, effortlessly cool, and a complete smooth operator. Her defining trait is instincts "akin to a wolf" which keep her in control even when events turn chaotic. She is framed as a big-picture decision maker, always prioritizing the wider situation over immediate comfort. While the writeup sells her as a composed political figure, the announcement trailer drops her into a full-speed chase, suggesting she does not lead from a desk.

Coverage of the announcement trailer from Gaming Age additionally notes her as a member of the Nova City Crime Agency who helps bail out the protagonist during the chase sequence. This has fueled fan speculation that her Prime Minister role coexists with a law-enforcement rank. No official Ananta post has confirmed an NCCA title, so this article treats "Prime Minister of Nova City" as the confirmed designation and the crime agency connection as trailer framing rather than a formal title.
Lykaia has long flowing lavender-purple hair that reaches her waist, with her bangs swept to one side. Community documentation on the Ananta pale lavender wolf ears the same color as her hair, with white fur inside, and a small black police-style cap tilted onto one ear. The lupine features align with the "wolf-like instincts" descriptor in her official profile, making the trait a visible design element rather than pure metaphor. Her wardrobe in promotional art leans into sharp, tailored silhouettes that match the "smooth operator" framing.
The extended announcement trailer includes a signature sequence featuring Lykaia behind the wheel of a blue car. She drifts through Nova City streets to outrun a pack of enemies, then pulls up to pick up the player Captain. The scene has circulated widely as an MC-and-Lykaia car-chase clip on social media. It establishes her as a driving-capable ally at minimum, and one of the first named characters shown interacting directly with the protagonist.
The player's task force is the A.C.D. (Anti-Chaos Directorate), a body dedicated to protecting Nova City from the phenomenon called Chaos. Whether the Prime Minister's office formally oversees the A.C.D. or merely works parallel to it has not been clarified in official materials. Based on the announcement trailer, Lykaia clearly operates as an ally to the Captain, arriving at exactly the right moment to extract the player from a hostile situation. Her willingness to take personal risks on the ground, rather than send subordinates, is one of the few traits players can assume about her political style.
Community character lists on the Ananta and in 's roster breakdown describe Lykaia as an announced upcoming playable character. She was not, however, among the four playable roles confirmed for the January 2026 Closed Beta Test (Captain, Taffy, Richie, Seymour). How a serving Prime Minister ends up in the player's 4-character battle party has not been explained in any developer interview or trailer to date.
