Taffy

Taffy joined the A.C.D. hoping for an easy desk job. Instead, she ended up hauling dangerous cargo across Nova City's most dangerous districts as a delivery courier. She maintains a dual affiliation with the underground Cat Express faction and leads her own sub-unit of the ACTF, the internet-slang-named Yeet Squad.

Overview

Taffy is one of the four launch-roster characters revealed alongside the Captain, Seymour, and Richie. The TGS 2025 reveal and the January 2026 CBT1 both positioned her as the agility specialist of the squad, built around high-speed traversal, charge attacks, and delivery-style mission structure. Pre-launch character coverage frames her as the founding member of the Yeet Squad, recruited into the ACD Task Force and rebuilt by the player.

She is a new investigator at the Anti-Chaos Directorate who reports to the player's Captain, meaning the two share screen time from early in the story. Several outlets note that rebuilding the task force from scratch begins with her as the first recruit.

Personality

Taffy's personality is built around a simple life philosophy: save energy. Community TGS coverage summed it up as never doing anything annoying, always requiring payment (the more the better), and working for five minutes before resting for two hours. She avoids unpleasant tasks, loves cola, and takes frequent work breaks. TGS 2025 write-ups describe her as supremely lazy but incredibly effective when motivated. She looks adorable. She hits like a truck.

Her personal goal, aside from a fat paycheck, is to reach a million fans and convert that into perks. Several previews note that this ambition colors her delivery work: she's always half-scrolling for clout while hauling supernatural cargo through Chaos-affected zones.

Combat

Taffy creates soda-based hammers to smash enemies. Her signature move is the Riding Hammer: she transforms her mallet into a rideable bike that she can use even mid-fight. TGS 2025 hands-on coverage describes the same weapon as a hammer that transforms into a supercharged segway, confirming that the bike and segway terminology refer to the same transforming weapon. She can use it to deal damage with a charge, or wield it like a mallet for close-combat strikes.

Her basic combat pattern follows Ananta's shared two-button foundation, attack and block/counter, with dodge rolls layered on once enemies start using guns. Her delivery routes double as storytelling opportunities: every parcel passes through a different district, giving players a reason to visit places in Nova City they might not otherwise explore. Yeet Squad

Taffy leads the Yeet Squad, a sub-unit of the ACTF with an informal, personality-driven approach to supernatural law enforcement.
