Richie works for the NCCA (Nova City Crime Agency) and is attached to the A.C.D. task force. Press coverage describes her as an overachiever and "tough cookie." She was one of the three playable characters in the January 2026 CBT alongside Captain and Taffy.
Combat
Richie fights with relentless combo attacks and finishing moves. Her style is aggressive and direct. In helicopter sequences shown at TGS 2025, she can snipe targets from the air.
Job: police officer
Through the identity system, playing as Richie lets you patrol Nova City, respond to calls, search suspects, administer breathalyzer tests, and make arrests. Her XP comes from law enforcement activities. She can also investigate through the NCCA's resources.
