Sunken Emon (가라앉은 에몬) is the final boss of Sunken Temple of Life, the first Transcendence dungeon of Season 2 on the Korean and Taiwanese service, which opened on February 25, 2026. NCsoft's English announcement names the boss Sunken Emon and describes the temple as a deep-sea dungeon where it waits; the game client's English data spells it Submerged Emon. NCsoft has not announced the temple for the global service as of October 7, 2026, so this page describes the Korean service.
The Fight
Community strategy guides on the Korean service agree on these patterns:

Emon also keeps a damage-over-time debuff on the party, and on stage 4 a random player can be given a large circle that bubbles everyone inside it.
Rewards and Fixes
Emon's cube pays the temple's Arcana materials and Fragment: Marchutan's Trace. A statue of Sunken Emon was the Season 2 Transcendence ranking reward, later sold in a ranking reward box for 2 Quna until July 1, 2026. The Korean notes record these fixes: Emon's damage zones hurt Spiritmaster spirits less (March 4, 2026); its Soul Erosion (영혼 침식) debuff ends when it dies (April 1); and on April 8 the Collected Soul (거두어진 영혼) icon was changed and a spot where Screaming Storm could not hit was fixed.
