Manastones and Soulstones are the stat stones of AION 2. Every weapon and armor piece has a fixed number of manastone slots, and accessories have Soulstone slots (영석, the global client's item names call them Soulstones). Imprinting a stone into a slot adds one random stat, and imprinting again over an occupied slot replaces the old stat. Imprinting is done from the Integrated Enhancement menu, the same window used for enhancement and Theostones. The tables below come from the Korean service's official item database and probability tables, checked on October 7, 2026.
How Imprinting Works

Each item has its own number of slots. In the official item database, Unique weapons have four manastone slots and Hero weapons have five; every weapon also has one Theostone slot.
Each imprint first rolls a result grade (basic, greater or top), then one stat from that grade's list. Higher stone tiers have better odds of a top result and higher values.
Manastones go into weapon and armor slots; Soulstones go into accessory slots. The item descriptions say so explicitly.
Imprinting again overwrites the stat that was in the slot, and the window has an automatic mode that keeps imprinting until a chosen stat appears.
Since April 22, 2026, gear without Soul Inscription cannot use the Integrated Enhancement menu at all, so a piece has to be inscribed before it can take stones.

The damage boost lines are printed on the probability table as 10, 30 and 100; the table does not convert them to percentages. The base stat values are flat additions.
Choosing Stats
Players read the damage boost lines as 100 points per 1 percent, so a top-result Weapon Damage Boost of 100 adds about 1 percent Weapon Damage Boost to the stat sheet. The step from a greater result (30) to a top result (100) is the biggest jump in the tables, which is why players keep rolling Superior stones until at least one damage boost line comes up as a top result.
Community damage testing on the Korean service ranks the damage boost lines as Front or Back Damage Boost first, then Weapon Damage Boost and Critical Damage Boost at about the same value, then general Damage Boost, with flat Attack last. The same testing puts two top-result Attack lines at about the value of one top-result damage boost line.
A single top-result Attack line is a reasonable placeholder while stones are short.
Stones are not carried over by succession or Transfer Crafting, so players avoid spending Superior stones on gear they expect to replace soon.
