1617 On the Korean service, mail is the delivery channel for most one-off grants: maintenance compensation, holiday gifts that must be claimed on the day or within a set period, retroactive corrections, and first-clear rewards such as pets for the first forces to clear a new Sanctuary. Mail carries a claim deadline, for example 30 days for one round of compensation in December 2025. The global service uses in-game mail the same way: NCsoft's global event posts say contest and event rewards are delivered to the account's in-game mail, and the global launch checklist on Getting Started reminds players to check it.

2021 Personal mail can be reported (a fault that blocked reports was fixed on December 17, 2025), and you can reply to, block or report a sender from the letter itself.Since July 29, 2026 characters on your mail block list are removed automatically if they transfer servers or are deleted; the list refreshes when you open the mailbox.Since August 26, 2026 replying to, blocking or reporting a letter from a deleted character shows a proper system message.

2425 On the Korean service a character cannot transfer servers while its mailbox holds unclaimed mail, so claim everything first (rule published with server transfers on July 22, 2026). Global server transfers are scheduled to open on October 14, 2026; NCsoft's global notice of September 30, 2026 says they will be free at first, within the same faction, and limited to Advance Access servers for Advance Access characters, and it says nothing about mail.
