11 NCsoft scheduled a set of events around the global release of AION 2 for players in North America, Latin America and Europe. Most run from the free-to-play launch on October 5, 2026 into November, and a few began with Advance Access on September 30. All dates below are from NCsoft's own announcements, and NCsoft reserves the right to change or cancel any of them.

1313 Entries for the character design contest, which the official site's event overview calls Daeva Makeover, are two forward-facing screenshots of a character, one headshot and one full body, taken in the Closet menu and posted in the event channel of the official community server with the player's region, server and character name. 1818 A contest for player-written guides on any part of the global game, such as beginner basics, dungeon mechanics, life skills, class breakdowns or the Abyss. Entries have to be the entrant's own work and made on or after September 30, 2026; an older guide can serve as an outline if its details still apply to the global version. A player can submit several guides but win only once. Submissions run from October 5 to November 2, and up to ten winners are announced on November 16.
