11Founder's Packs were the paid pre-launch bundles for the global release of AION 2. Buying any tier was the only way into Advance Access, the five-day head start that ran from September 30 to October 4, 2026, and each tier added cosmetics, a levelling kit and 30 days of membership. As first sold, claimed items carried one of three binding types: character-bound items stayed with the character that claimed them, class-bound items could be shared with other characters of the same class, and server-bound items were shared with every character on that server.2222Account-Wide Cosmetics (October 2026)2424On October 3, 2026 NCsoft said many Advance Access players had found the pack outfits a significant obstacle when playing with friends on other servers or levelling other classes, and committed to making the cosmetics available to every character on the account, on any server. For buyers who would have chosen a higher tier without the old restriction, NCsoft said PURPLE buyers can upgrade, and Steam buyers who buy a higher-tier pack on the same account can request a refund of the lower-priced pack through customer support, with the exact process to follow in the follow-up notice.2929The October 6 PDT / October 7 CEST patch implemented that cosmetic entitlement through a dedicated free section in the Shop. Eligible buyers can claim the covered skins and titles on every character and server until a closure announcement; an already-owned item cannot be bought again. Duplicate skins do not consume the paid skin limit. Duplicate inventory-item disposal and removal of duplicate skin-list entries remain planned. If a Founder purchase fails, close the game client and try again.31+Known Issue3133During Advance Access the English title menu showed the Vanguard of Atreia title as Shaper of Heavens. NCsoft listed it as a known issue on October 3 and scheduled the fix for the launch maintenance of October 4 to 5, 2026.
