11 Awakened Alturadon (깨어난 알투라돈) is the final boss of Azure Breath Island, the Season 3 Expedition added to the Korean and Taiwanese service on April 22, 2026. A Daeva Pass named after it, Alturadon's Horn, was added on May 6, 2026. Everything here describes the Korean and Taiwanese service; NCsoft's global notices had not listed the Expeditions open in the global build as of October 7, 2026.

67 Alturadon summons and absorbs the blue orbs of Blue Breath scattered around the arena, and if it collects ten stacks it wipes the party; a player write-up reports that the wipe still happens even if its health is brought to zero first. Players pick up the small orbs, each taking those dropped by their own attacks. Large orbs it bursts release more small orbs, but it announces that it will swallow the blue light and slams its forefoot before absorbing those, which gives the group time to grab them first. From the stage when it rams crystals, orbs released by a broken crystal are absorbed at once, so protecting the crystals matters most.

89 In its last pattern, the Trial of the Awakened Beast (깨어난 야수의 시련), it moves between the corners of the arena and charges a marked player, smashing any crystal pillar in its path and releasing more orbs. The marked player leads it towards corners without pillars and sidesteps each charge; when its horns turn purple its path is set. After the trial the party gathers in the centre, staggers it and finishes it.
