23+Update 1.3.0 jointly groups The Past Never Dies / Beyond the Grave. In that paired Mauritania section, it repairs Bond becoming stuck between a ventilation unit and pipe on the Logoship, and Moneypenny/Greenway dialogue playing out of context or being cut off. The notes do not assign either repair exclusively to Beyond the Grave, and they do not add new story events.
