The Havoc is the Xol Tier 2 transport, and it is the only unit in the faction with no weapon at all. It is produced by transforming a Roller rather than built from a production building, costs 200 hexite and 200 flux, and moves at 900, the fastest ground speed in the roster. It carries up to eight Rollers as cargo, damages anything it drives over, and can be spent outright: the Crash ability throws it forward into the air to explode for 600 area damage, launching its passengers and destroying the Havoc.
Figures below describe the September 2026 Early Access build, the one carrying the identifier ZS.c36778, and they move with the weekly patch cadence. Roughly half the versus roster had a stat touched in the fortnight before that build was captured, so treat every number here as dated rather than permanent.

Weapons
The Havoc has no weapon entry. Everything it does offensively is an ability, and both of its abilities are listed below.
Abilities
Ability | Type | Cooldown | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
Crash | Activated, destroys the Havoc | 10s | Launches the Havoc forward into the air. It explodes on impact for 600 area damage and launches every loaded Roller. The Havoc is destroyed. |
Roll Over | Passive | 0.1s | Damages units underneath the Havoc on every 0.1 second tick while it is moving, up to 40 damage per tick at maximum speed. It deals no damage while stationary. Maximum speed damage increases by roughly 5 for each loaded Roller. |
Upgrades
No Havoc specific upgrades exist and the Havoc has no molten mode. The World Forge upgrades reach it as a Xol army unit.
Source | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|
World Forge, six upgrades | 200 flux each, 400 flux for Casting Range, 60 seconds each | Pick 3 of Armor, Damage, Vitals, Weapon Range, Cooldown Reduction and Casting Range, each to 2 ranks, doubled near the Forge |
Conversion Costs
Replicate is the Xol conversion mechanic, paid out of the same top bar power pool as the Grell Infuse and the Legion Reanimate. Rather than buffing a unit it copies one, producing a second body from an eligible ally. Since the balance pass of August 11, 2026 it also works on molten units, at twice the usual power cost. Eligibility is not universal, and the tags on a unit record are what say which of the three conversions apply. The Havoc is the exception in the faction: it is not eligible for Infuse at all, and its Reanimate and Replicate prices are not the same. Reanimate costs 22.5 power and Replicate costs 32.5. Every other Xol unit that is eligible pays an identical figure for all three, so the Havoc is the one place where a player has to read the two prices separately.
Role
The Havoc is a delivery system with a detonator attached. Move speed 900 with eight Rollers inside is the fastest way the faction has of putting bodies somewhere they are not wanted, and Roll Over means the trip itself is an attack. Forty damage on a 0.1 second tick at full speed is an enormous nominal rate, and with a full load of eight Rollers the record says that maximum rises by roughly 5 per passenger, so a fully loaded Havoc at speed is the heaviest ground damage output in the roster. The catch is in the wording: the damage only applies to units underneath it, only while moving, and only reaches its maximum at maximum speed, so anything that slows or blocks the Havoc removes most of its contribution.
Crash is the other half. Six hundred area damage on a 10 second cooldown for the price of the unit is a real trade against a clumped army or a group of workers, and the launched Rollers land where the explosion did rather than being lost with the transport. Whether that is a good trade depends entirely on what 200 hexite and 200 flux is worth at that point in the game.
Armour is a number as well as a type. It subtracts a flat amount from every incoming hit with a floor of 1 damage, so it blunts many small hits far more than one large one. One armour on 400 health is thin for a 4 supply Tier 2 unit, and Medium armour type means the Havoc is exposed to the large family of bonuses that point at Medium. It is not a unit that survives being caught.
Faction Context
The Havoc sits outside the merge tree that produces the Echo, the Synapse, the Gravitron and the Defiant. Those four are merged from two or three component units; the Havoc is a transformation of a single Roller, which is a different relation in the data and does not consume a group. It is also the only destination for Rollers as cargo, and the Eradicator is the other unit that moves Rollers around the field by throwing five of them at a target. See Units for the shared stat block.
Counters
Strong against | Why |
|---|---|
Clumped armies | Crash deals 600 area damage in one event and Roll Over hits everything underneath the unit. |
Workers and undefended expansions | Speed 900 with eight passengers arrives before most defences can be repositioned. |
Static lines | A moving Havoc does damage simply by being driven through a formation. |
Weak to | Why |
|---|---|
Slows and roots | Roll Over scales with speed and deals no damage at all while stationary, so a slow removes the weapon. |
Air units | The Havoc has no weapon and neither ability targets air. |
Weapons with Medium bonuses | 400 health behind 1 armour on a Medium armour body dies quickly to anything tuned against Medium. |
Balance History
No dated studio balance note in the Early Access record names the Havoc. The August 11, 2026 pass that changed Unmerge, Replicate and the Molten Core did not touch it, and the August 28, 2026 versus update contains no Xol section. Its stats appear unchanged across the two most recent data releases.
Notes
The roster record for this unit is PARTIAL. The missing field is build time, which the source does not publish. That is a real gap rather than a property of the unit: the Havoc is a built and transformed unit, not a hired mercenary, so a build time exists in the game and simply is not in the data. The record also publishes no producing or unlocking structure for it, which is a second gap, and no internal asset path where every other Xol unit has one.
The two conversion prices disagreeing is not an error in this page. The wider roster documentation states that Infuse, Reanimate and Replicate are equal on every unit in this build, and the Havoc is the counterexample: it is not Infuse eligible at all, and its Reanimate and Replicate costs differ by 10 power.
Roll Over is described but not fully specified. The record gives the maximum damage per tick and the per passenger increase, but does not publish how the damage scales between stationary and maximum speed, so the practical output of a Havoc at partial speed cannot be calculated from the data.
Per unit numbers are drawn from a community maintained entity catalogue that the studio links from each of its own faction pages. It is the only place the full stat block is published, and it is not a studio document, so the figures are best read as careful community documentation of a build rather than as an official specification. Dated balance notes, by contrast, come straight from the studio patch posts.
