Overview

Smugglers (Quest) is a faction quest in Windrose.

Long Ben is worried his tavern will run out of wine. The smugglers are in trouble, too many people gone missing, and too many caches turning up empty.

Stages

The numbered flow below mirrors the objective list in the quest log. Each entry shows the in-game objective title, the journal description the player sees when the stage becomes active, and any stage-bound Required Items or Rewards.

Stage 1: Talk to the leader of the Smugglers

Long Ben is having trouble with his wine supplies. I should visit the smugglers and find out what is going on.

Stage 2: Find and search Marita's missing ship

Marita Suarez commands the smugglers' camp. Her ship with Ben's cargo is overdue, and she wants me to find out what happened.

Stage 3: Return to Marita

There's no cargo. The crew is dead. I need to tell Marita she was right to worry.

Stage 4: Recover the stolen cargo

Marita gave me a lead on where the pirates might be stashing the stolen bottles. I need to get there before they're gone, whether from drinking or something else.

Stage 5: Return the wine to Marita

Lucky me, the bottles were still sealed when I found them. Or rather, Marita Suarez was the lucky one, she can't wait to get her hands on them.
