Privateer's Pants is the Rare legs piece of the Privateer's Regalia set in Windrose. The piece is tied to the People of Tortuga Provisioner rather than a standard crafting recipe: Coat and Pants plans unlock at Reputation Rank 2, and the remaining pieces unlock at higher ranks.

Privateer's pieces do not expose standard crafting recipes on the Windrose item database as of 2026-04-17. The route to the piece is the People of Tortuga Provisioner rather than a workshop recipe.
