Rewrote the thin intro with a clean unlock list and bit costs, added Overview and Where to Buy sections, deduplicated the recipes table, and removed the broken scraped vendor rows
Plans: Marble, Plaster, and Tile. Base Set. is a recipe paper in Windrose. Learning it unlocks the base set of the Spanish Caribbean building style: a group of stone, marble, plaster, tile, and mahogany Building Pieces used to construct a permanent base. The plan is consumed when used and unlocks the recipes permanently on that character, after which the pieces appear in the build menu.
